I am the creator of the PRAVA Project.
I’ve been helping people achieve their financial and life goals for over 12 years through education, support and mentoring.
But after experiencing the health and mental impacts of over-achievement myself, I was determined to find scientifically based ways to manage my own stress response and then share them with our students so I could help them get better results with less overwhelm, less stress and in less time.
The feedback on these techniques has been amazing – with students achieving far more than they believed possible
