What Is PRAVA?

PRAVA is a 5-step system of thinking that allows you to take on the challenges of growing wealth and striving for goals with a feeling of strength and confidence

The PRAVA process helps you recognise your blindspots and blockages, when your brain may be holding you back. The practical PRAVA techniques will give you the tools to calmly move through procrastination, perfectionism and overwhelm and stay calm when you experience stressful situations or discomfort

By mastering these skills you will be able to take on challenging situations with more strength and resilience, be more willing to take on new opportunities beyond your comfort zone, ask for what you really want, grow your mindset and move beyond the limits that may be holding you back

Powerful Thinking

Successful people think it a very specific way, they interpret and remember the events in their life in a way that builds confidence and resilience – even in the hard times.

If you are a perfectionist or a “control freak”, if you tend to blame or berate yourself, take things personally, worry about making mistakes or find it hard to ask for what you want, then you’ll suddenly find success much easier and faster when you learn how to change your thinking style so you feel powerful, strong and deserving.

You’ll also learn how to value yourself so you can stop overworking and get paid your real worth – this can accelerate your earnings exponentially

Rules & Responsibility

Many of us do not have clear rules and boundaries, and take far too much responsibility for everyone else. If you have trouble saying ‘no’, or asking for what you want, or you overly worry about what other people think, or whether your actions might annoy or upset someone, it will really hold you back. 

We need to take the time to really get clear about our boundaries, and learn what IS our responsibility and what ISN’T, so we can let go of guilt and shame, and focus on being who we are, while still being respectful and kind to others

Acceptance

Many high performers experience feelings of urgency and frustration when progress is not fast enough (while comparing themselves to others). Or anger and resentment when a situation is not the way they imagined. Many are super hard on themselves and very self-critical.

With PRAVA you will use proven techniques to retrain your brain to feel safe in the face of uncertainty, be able to accept yourself, your feelings, other people and situations and as they are, so you can find peace – as well as accelerate your progress
